Turkish Coffee House & Bardic Circle
The Magic Carpet Kavehane will alight in Eastwatch for the Afternoon of Fun. We Celtistanis have heard from our neighbors that the Golden Fleece was stolen from them, so if any wish to bring us word of the Fleece, or indeed any tales of a Mediterranean flavor to remind us of our homeland, we would welcome this. The contribution of a song, a tale, a tune or a dance (whether or not it is connected to the event theme) is the only price for a delicious cup of Celtistani coffee or a sweet. As always, we welcome performers of all kinds as long as the pieces presented conform to the bardic convention of each piece lasting about 5 minutes (or less!). The kavehane will be open from approximately noon to the closing of the lists.
The Bardic Circle will begin at dark-thirty. Prize given for best Argonaut-themed piece and for best overall. Scary stories very welcome in all categories. |
