This years’ event will give our guests a chance to choose between our 3 main entrée choices, or for an additional $2.00 per extra choice you may wish to receive all 3 entrée choices.
The Entrée choices are as follows:
- Roasted Beef
- Baked Fowl
- Vegetarian
Feast Menu:
- Salad of Spring Greens with Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- Assorted Breads and Butters (Garlic Chive Butter & Honey Butter)
- Meatless Minestrone Soup
- Choice of Meat – Roasted Beef, Baked Fowl, *Vegetarian
- Escalloped Potatoes in White Sauce
- Corn with Roasted Red Peppers
- Dessert: Apple Blossom Tarts
*The Vegetarian Entree being served is a Spaghetti Squash, Portabella Mushroom, and Spinach Casserole
**All the dishes being prepared are Vegetarian friendly except of course for the obvious meat dishes
