Three couples in a line (couple 1 then couple 2 then couple 3).
Double forward and back twice. Turn to face your partner.
Couple 1 takes hands and "galumphs" (sideways steps) four times up the hall (to the lord's left). Couple 2 does likewise, then couple 3. Everyone turns in place. Reverse the above to home.
Side right then side left. Lord 1 and Lady 3 switch places with right shoulders, back to back. Then Lady 1 and Lord 3 switch, then Lord and Lady 2. Everyone turn in place, then reverse all above to home.
Arm right, then left. men's hey (follow the figure 8 on the ground, looping around each other to home), everyone turn in place. Ladies hey, everyone turn in place.
The music repeats at least 2 times depending on variation.
