The dishes will be prepared with vegetables stock except for the meat, keeping in mind the vegetarian requirements of some of our guests. There will also be fresh breads, butter or margarine, confections, candied nuts and other delights budget permitting

- Roast of Beef with Roasted Vegetables
- Fruited Chicken Pie / Spaghetti Squash, Portabello Mushroom, Spinach Casserole
- Savory Roast Pork with Lemonwhyte (lemon rice)
- Apple Tart with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
